How to schedule your flipbooks

Save time with automated publishing and deactivation of your flipbooks. With this feature, you can schedule the date & time you wish to publish or deactivate your flipbooks - no more reminders to publish your monthly magazine or new product catalog; your flipbooks will automatically publish and deactivate on the preset dates you choose!

HOW TO SCHEDULE PUBLISHING OF YOUR FLIPBOOK

STEP 1: Select the flipbook you wish to schedule publishing for and click on the “EDIT” tab in the flipbook settings. NB! In order to be able to schedule your flipbook, the flipbook must be deactivated.

STEP 2: Click on the “Schedule Publishing” field and select the date and time from the drop-down calendar. You must choose both the scheduled publishing date and time before you can continue and press “OK”.  

*NOTE: Your flipbook’s publishing time is set in the time zone your account was created in.

 STEP 3: Click “SAVE AND PUBLISH LATER”

HOW TO SCHEDULE A FLIPBOOK TO DEACTIVATE

STEP 1: Select the flipbook you wish to schedule to deactivate by visiting the “EDIT” tab. Click on the “Schedule Deactivation” field and select a date and time from the drop-down calendar. Once done, press “OK” and then “SAVE” to save the scheduled deactivation.

*NOTE: Your flipbook’s deactivation time is set in the time zone your account was created in.
