How to Schedule Flipbook Activation and Deactivation
Simplify your processes with automated activation and deactivation for your flipbooks. You can schedule when your content will be visible to your audience and ensure flipbooks are deactivated once the content is outdated. This feature lets you set specific dates and times for activating and deactivating your flipbooks, eliminating the need for manual reminders!
Whether you’re launching monthly magazine releases or seasonal product catalogs, your flipbooks will automatically go live or deactivate according to your preset schedule.
How to Schedule the Activation of Your Flipbook
In order to schedule the publishing of your flipbook, your flipbook must be inactive.Step 1:
Select the flipbook you wish to schedule activation for and click on the Settings icon.
Step 2:
On the Status card, you can see the Schedule activation field. Select the calendar icon and choose the date and time from the pop-up calendar. You must choose both the scheduled publishing date and time before you can continue.
Note: The flipbook’s publishing schedule follows the timezone set when your account was created.
Press OK and then Save. Your flipbook will automatically go live on the set date and time.
How to Schedule the Deactivation of Your Flipbook
In order to schedule the deactivation of your flipbook, your flipbook must be active.Step 1:
Select the flipbook you wish to schedule deactivation for and click on the Settings icon.
Step 2:
Click on the Schedule deactivation field. Click the Calendar icon, and you can select the date and time from the pop-up calendar.
Note: The flipbook’s deactivation schedule follows the timezone set when your account was created.
Once done, press OK and then Save. Your flipbook will automatically deactivate on the set date and time.
