Customer Experience & Inside Sales Intern

Job Description

Do you want to be a part of our amazing customer experience team and be our clients’ happiness hero? Are you passionate about retaining and building relationships with customers and are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Sales or similar? If you just yelled “YES” at your screen, this one's for you!

You’ll be working 37 hours per week for 3.5 months during your internship period where you’ll be in contact with both our new and long-standing clients via phone, chat and video meet; building relationships with them, demonstrating outstanding support, while also focusing on upselling.

When you’re not chatting with customers, you’ll also be working on finding new and exciting leads as well as assisting the sales team in curating their customer base. It really is a dynamic, mixed-bag of tasks.

The nitty gritty (aka. Job Requirements):

  • Must speak & write professional English (C2) with knowledge of a 2nd language (Danish, Spanish, French or German), being a huge asset.
  • You have previous experience in customer service / customer-facing roles
  • You’re enrolled in a Bachelor / Master’s program where you need to have an internship period as part of your studies
  • You’ve got excellent technical skills – you’ve worked with CRM + CMS systems before
  • You’re a “people person” – you’re natural and confident when speaking with people from all over the world
  • You’re a huge stickler for little details
  • You’ve got strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in an efficient manner in order to provide excellent customer service and reach KPIs
  • You’re a quick, independent learner with the ability to take direction and work well within an international team.
