Knowledge from the crowd
“I got involved in this new exciting and innovative environment to implement our local
common collaborative and knowledge sharing tool. My stakeholders are pretty much the
entire staff, which makes it challenging to attend to everybody’s expectations and improve
the tool’s adoption. To minimise this risk, I implemented an interactive communication
channel.
The goal is to pull as much information as possible from the crowd, share it and let the
group discuss and refine their ideas and concerns. Each member has the chance to not
only provide their questions and suggestions, but also reply to other’s comments. This
process ensures that every voice gets heard by all and is taken into account. This tool is
in its early stages, but I must say I’m confident about how this is being built and seeing it
organically grow from the start.”
Strong relationships building
key accounts
“When I started at working at my client for another consultancy, the account was spiralling
amidst lack of customer confidence and resourcing issues. Months later, I’d contributed
to restoring their confidence and had been moved into a Program Management role as a
result. It wasn’t an easy decision to take up Innodev’s offer to come aboard shortly after
and leave.
Months later, I’m pleased to say my relationships with the client has contributed to
Innodev attaining an approved vendor panel partner role there. I see this as a key account
for Innodev’s continued insurgent scale growth journey.”
Working with Good People
“I recently joined Innodev and as a new staff member, there were two things that I was
looking for as a prospective employee – I wanted to work with good people and I wanted
to see an organisation that planned to be around in five years or more. I had worked with
Innodev’s SA Regional Director at a previous company here in Adelaide. I knew how he
worked and how commercial he was in seeking an outcome for the customer. These were
skills I already admired.
When he described the drive at Innodev to grow the business and how supportive Tim
was in making things happen, it seemed like a very good match for what I was looking for
as an employee. Tim’s infectious enthusiasm and constant drive for building the company
from the ground up is to be admired and made it an easy decision for me to come and join
Innodev and the team.”
