The importance of relationships should
never be underestimated
“Innodev still has a family feel about it. Staff love working for the company due to the family feel,
access to the owner and an ability to get immediate decisions! As Innodev grows, Tim needs
to ensure this, along with staff loyalty that comes as a result of it, isn’t lost. I am excited to be
part of the journey as Innodev hits 80 or so employees and work hard to retain the ‘family feel’
with the introduction of another level of management.”
“With the formation of Innodev’s Advisory Board, I am convinced that Innodev is on the right
track and that there will be no turning back. I understand that resource augmentation is required
to maintain the cash flow, however, what I hear now adds direction, structure and business
behaviour, which is a necessity for the future, while recognising that resource augmentation
will still have a place.”
“Innodev is THE best payer I have ever known. Tim once said to me, ‘if you haven’t been paid
after one week, email me and I will fix it.’ My wife, who manages my company’s finances, said
she has never in her 40+ years of experience seen invoices paid so fast. Don’t change this.”
“The over-riding theme in my professional relationship with Tim is that he values total honesty
and fair play.”
Focus on customers
“I chose to take a role with Innodev and leave another company because I believe Innodev
is a smaller company that is focused on great staff and holistic customer experience. I
sincerely hope that Innodev keeps the focus on our customers and avoids introducing
complex internal policies and procedures that focus inward on the Innodev process, as
opposed to outward to our customers’ needs.”
Refreshing change
“As someone who has been working at Innodev for some time with the same colleagues,
the recent addition of new employees has brought in a wide range of professional skills,
personalities and enthusiasm. This has been a refreshing change and makes me eager to
know what is in store for Innodev’s future.”
